Today I conducted an experimental watercolour workshop for a large group at Parramatta Heritage Centre in conjunction with Zest Events (www.zestevents.com.au). The session involved experimenting with a broad range of techniques that can be applied to a variety of watercolour subjects. I will be placing photographs of the workshop on my Art Workshops website in the gallery section.

I am able to conduct this workshop here in the mountains as a private class for small numbers or in your venue for up to 20 people. All materials are provided or you can provide your own to keep costs lower. Please contact me to find out more details or to make a booking.

I will be conducting 'Art from the Heart' workshop in Sydney on Sunday 9th August at Art Est. Art School, Leichhardt. It is a workshop for women to celebrate being a woman and being who you are. Here's the description:

This workshop is first and foremost about exploration and play, therefore no prior experience and skills in painting or 'art' are necessary. Allow yourself this time to recognise and immerse yourself in the innate beauty of your own art and celebrate who you are as an individual, in your own unique way. Sally’s gentle and explorative approach to art making provides you with a relaxed and creative space to express your creative energy with other like-minded women.

You will work on a canvas and a range of media is available for you to choose from. Feel free to bring in any art materials of your own that you like to work with or objects and photographs that are personal to you.
