Sculpture workshop

WORKSHOP:

Sculpture

Shape, mould and construct using mod roc a fun and versatile medium. Or explore the tactile qualities of clay. Sculpture creates opportunities for students to experience a true hands-on approach to art.

Participants will develop an understanding of proportion and three dimensional sculpture techniques.

Mod roc is quick drying and doesn't require firing. It can be used to create large and small sculptures. The sculptures can be left white or painted at a later date.

Clay is an excellent medium for all ages and abilities. It is easy to manipulate and a variety of different objects or sculptures can be created. Older students might like to try sculpting a portrait bust. Clay will require firing, if you do not have access to a kiln Sally can organise firing for you at an additional cost.

Please contact Sally to discuss which Sculpture workshop will best suit your students.
