WORKSHOP:
Mixed Media
Get a taste of everything in this exciting workshop suitable for ages and abilities.
Students will explore a variety of media and the texture qualities created. A theme can be followed or the work can develop as an experimental piece.
The process may include the use of paint, collage materials, printmaking techniques, watercolour, pencil work, the list is endless.
Mixed media art can be developed as individual or group artworks. Each student will be provided with a canvas on which to develop their creations. This is also great for display.
This workshop provides students with the opportunity to explore and experiment with a wide range of media. It involves a variety of techniques that help students develop fine motor skills and design skills.
