Experience
Creative Director Duncan Grant has worked as a graphic designer in street press and theatre / performing arts.
As Graphic Design Manager in the marketing department of a large producing theatre in the UK Duncan worked with directors and other theatre creatives to develop poster imagery that connected the production with its audience. This was followed by the design of campaign materials such as posters, flyers, billboards, direct mail and e-shots. See some examples at right.
The responsibility of the marketing department was £1 million of annual ticket sales. Working in this environment gave Duncan an understanding of the challenges of preserving artistic integrity in the marketing process. Despite the seemingly large budget it was stretched very thin, presenting it's own creative challenges.
